Our story

Doc Doc Goose came from the real frustration of call schedules, PTO spreadsheets, last-minute coverage texts, and the familiar question: “Wait, who is actually on?”

Instead of building a generic rota tool, we focused on the details physicians and clinical managers deal with every week: multi-site shifts, call blocks, rounding duties, PTO, coverage requests, fairness, and a clear record of schedule changes.
